በቀን 11/12/2018 ዓ.ም በሳውላ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የISO 21001:2025-የትምህርት ተቋማት የአስተዳደር ሥርዓት መደበኛ የውስጥ ኦዲት የመክፈቻ ስብሰባ ተካሂዷል።

በቀን 11/12/2018 ዓ.ም በሳውላ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የISO 21001:2025-የትምህርት ተቋማት የአስተዳደር ሥርዓት መደበኛ የውስጥ ኦዲት የመክፈቻ ስብሰባ ተካሂዷል።
ይህ ኦዲት ቀደም ሲል ከተካሄደው የመጀመሪያ/መደበኛ ያልሆነ የግምገማ ኦዲት በኋላ እና ቀጣዩን የውጭ ወይም የሶስተኛ ወገን ኦዲት (Third-Party Audit) ለመቀበል ዝግጁነታችንን ለማረጋገጥ የሚያገለግል ወሳኝ የዝግጅት ምዕራፍ ነው።
   በዚህ ሂደት የኮሌጁ የትምህርት ተቋማት አስተዳደር ሥርዓት ከISO 21001:2025 መስፈርቶች ጋር ያለው ተጣጣሚነት ይገመገማል፣ ጠንካራ ጎኖች ይለያሉ፣ ሊሻሻሉ የሚገባቸው ጉዳዮችም በመለየት ለቀጣዩ የሶስተኛ ወገን ኦዲት ዝግጅት ይደረጋል። ይህ ሂደት የኮሌጁን የጥራት ባህል ለማጠናከር፣ ተቋማዊ አሠራሮችን ለማሻሻል እና ለቀጣይነት ያለው መሻሻል ያለንን ቁርጠኝነት ለማሳየት ትልቅ እርምጃ ነው።
ለኮሌጁ አመራር፣ ለሠራተኞች እና ለኦዲት ቡድኑ ላሳዩት ትብብር፣ ቁርጠኝነት እና ለጥራት ማሻሻያ ላደረጉት ጥረት ከልብ ምስጋና እናቀርባለን።

      Today, Sawla Polytechnic College held the opening meeting for the formal internal audit of ISO 21001:2025-Educational Organizations Management Systems.
This internal audit is an important stage in our ISO 21001:2025 journey, following the informal/pre-assessment audit and preceding the upcoming external (third-party) audit. It provides an opportunity to assess our Educational Organization Management System against the requirements of ISO 21001:2025, identify strengths, address areas for improvement, and strengthen our readiness for the external audit. This process demonstrates our continued commitment to quality education, effective institutional management, accountability, and continual improvement.
